1. Grooving on Hss Saw Blade teeth can improve Saw Blade cutting ability, reduce tube end burs, extend life time and decrease cutting cost.

2. The machine can make groove on teeth in one circle.

3. The machine working parts move right and left, up and down pneumatically. The groove depth is adjusted mechanically.

4. Super speed spindle(RPM20000-30000) makes the machine be able to groove on HSS saw blade and tungsten carbide saw blade.
